<p>Bite size mushroom caps with your choice of stuffing.<br> This platter will need to be cooked unless otherwise specified.</p>

<p>Approximately 70 cooked tail on shrimp with fresh cocktail sauce and lemon wedge.(31/40 count shrimp)<br> Serves 15 to 20</p>

<p>Our Savory bruschetta topping with garlic baked panetine toasts.<br> Serves 6 to 8</p>

<p>A platter of baby carrots, celery sticks, broccoli &amp; cauliflower florets with a vegetable dip.</p>

<p>An arrangement of Swiss, Smoked Gouda, Colby Jack, Yellow Cheddar and Havarti with Dill.</p>

<p>Deluxe deviled egg platter garnished with a touch of paprika and parsley on a bed of lettuce.</p>

<p>Mini brie wheel baked in a light puff pastry. Brie will need to be finished at home.<br> Serves 8 to 10</p>

<p>Mini brie wheel with your choice of fig preserve or a cranberry relish baked in a light puff pastry.</p>

<p>A selection of marinated mozzarella, stuffed bocconcini, bread sticks wrapped in sopressata, sliced mozzarella, basil and prosciutto roll, pitted olives and tomato mozzarella skewers.</p>

<p>Fresh bocconcini mozzarella cheese, stuffed with roasted pepper and wrapped in prosciutto. Approximately 15 per tray.</p>

<p>Marinated mozzarella, imported genoa salami, calabrese<br> salami and prosciutto, pitted olives, marinated artichokes and provolone cheese.</p>

<p>Sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil accompanied with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.</p>
