Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount.

I’ve placed my order, how do I make changes?

If you would like to make changes after your order has been placed, you can do so up to 48 hours before your pickup time. Simply login to your account and edit your order or call the store in which your order was placed and ask to speak to one of our kitchen managers.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your pickup time.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Orders must be picked up in the store in which the order was placed. Orders will be available for pickup in the kitchen/prepared foods department during the pickup window selected.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please list any allergy or dietary needs in the comments section at checkout. A member of our catering team will get in touch in with you to go over all options that are available. There may be an additional fee for modifications and substitutions to our menu.

Can I place a special order for something that is not listed on the website?

If there is something special you are looking for that you don’t see on our menu please send your request via email to catering@caraluzzis.com or call the location that you would be picking the items up at. We will do our best to fit your needs.

Is my account login the same as my CARE account login?

The account login for Caraluzzi's Catering is separate from your CARE Account login. If this is your first time placing an order on our catering site you can create an account or checkout as a guest.
